Our Exclusive Service
The satisfaction of our customers comes first and we, together with our specialized instructors, will “pamper” you throughout your skiing holiday. Our “Exclusive Service” makes the difference: we accompany you to the lessons with our free shuttle service, in the shop to rent the equipment, and we bring you back to the Hotel (at the affiliated shops that you find at the bottom of the page). Also in case of need we are available to change the equipment for free on the track or in the hotel. In summary, we are always ready to facilitate our customers with an exclusive and professional service.
Free shuttle Service
Free shuttle service from Hotel to the slopes and from slopes to the Hotel, for all School clients, every day for private lessons or courses.
Rental Val Gardena
Rent your best brand equipment from us! Delivery and pick up equipment to and from the Hotel with possibility to change equipment on request, also on the slopes. After your holiday leave the equipment in the ski room of your Hotel, we’ll bring all back to our shop.
Repair equipment
We take the equipment at the hotel until 18:00 pm, we repair it during the night and deliver it within 8:15 the day after at your Hotel.
Ski instructor languages
All our ski instructors have the italian license and following lunguages are spoken: italian, russian, german, english, spanish, czech, slovenian and polish.
